Beyond peptides, there are many ways to support your overall well-being. We encourage practices like Pilates movement principles, incorporating fascia stretching, enjoying a calm relaxing bath, and savoring a cup of Chamomile tea. Breathing techniques, resetting the vagus nerve by having your legs up on the wall, and establishing consistent daily routines – such as waking, sleeping, and eating at the same times each day – can profoundly impact your health.
